Software and services

The software is yours. The chores don’t have to be.

Software alone doesn’t finish the job. Someone still has to run the ads, keep you findable, film the thing. We take that work on — the person who built the product is the person who does it.

Every service here attaches to a Poletis product. We don’t take arbitrary briefs and we don’t bill by the hour.

  1. Google AdsWe build the campaigns and we run them. You set the budget and watch what it produces.
  2. Getting found on GoogleDone by hand, with you, on the onboarding call. No tool behind it, no automation.
  3. VideoA person records it, cuts it, animates it. Not a pipeline you feed a prompt to.
Google Ads, managed by Poletis

They search on Google. They book with you.

We build and manage the campaign, connect each ad click to the right page and booking, and send confirmed outcomes back to Google Ads. You see what produced work — not just traffic.

  1. 01

    Build the campaign

Search and Display campaigns shaped around the services, locations, and customers you want more of.

  2. 02

    Connect the click

Every ad lands on the right service, class, or offer — with the booking path already attached.

  3. 03

    Optimize for outcomes

Poletis links spend to real leads and bookings. Launches and major changes stay human-reviewed.

Budget control

You set the limit. We work inside it.

Reach across Google

Track real results

Keep spend controlled

Google Ads is a trademark of Google LLC. Poletis is independent and is not affiliated with Google.
How we run it

We operate it. You see what it did.

Your ad account is linked to your business and run from ours. You don’t get a console to fight with — you get a page that shows what the spend produced.

Book a call

Which parts of this already run for other businesses, and which would be new for yours — we’ll tell you straight on the call.

01

One account, one operator

Your ad account is linked to your business and to nothing else. Every change we send must name that exact account, all the way down, or it doesn’t run.

02

Nothing launches by accident

A new campaign can only be created paused. Turning it on is a separate step that a person has to take, on purpose.

03

The click is joined on our server

There is no Google tracking tag on your site. We match an ad click to a real booking on our side, then send the confirmed outcome back to Google.

04

Every change is on the record

Every write is logged with the exact request and the exact response — and so is every write the system refuses. Nothing happens quietly.

05

You see what the money did

Spend, leads, and cost per lead on one page. Spend that produced no leads shows as no leads, not as a row that quietly disappears.

SEO and Google Business Profile

I do this part by hand.

There is no dashboard for this and nothing automated behind it. On the onboarding call I go through your site with you, make sure the pages Google and assistants like ChatGPT read are actually readable, and point your Google Business Profile the right way.

  1. 01

A site that can be read

Your pages are built so search engines and AI assistants can read them. Most booking widgets can’t be read at all — the content sits inside a frame no crawler opens.

  2. 02

    The same details everywhere

Name, address, opening hours, phone, the services you offer — written the same way in every place they appear.

  3. 03

Your Google Business Profile, pointed the right way

Categories, services, hours, and the link that sends people to your booking page. Poletis does not plug into Google Business Profile — this is me, on the call, with you.

Explainer

Why this matters

A short explainer on how local search decides who gets found — and where a Google Business Profile actually fits.

Explainer video, in the works
Video, made with you

Someone actually makes it.

This is production time. We record, cut, and build the motion by hand. The words are written by a person; the voice is a real recording — never synthetic.

A short motion graphic

A few seconds of type, numbers, or a diagram doing one thing clearly. No narration, no crew. The animation is written as code and rendered frame by frame, so every run comes out identical and a revision is an edit, not a reshoot.

Often the same day

A narrated piece

Several scenes, a real voice, your footage and ours. We write it together, record, cut, and go round again. That is a collaboration, and it is measured in weeks.

Weeks, together

How it gets made

Recorded and cut here

Screen, camera, and microphone, recorded on our own rig — then cut down: silences removed, whole sections lifted out.

Transcribed on our machine

Every take is transcribed locally, in English, Croatian, German, or Italian. Nothing is uploaded to a transcription service.

Motion built as code

Animation written as code and rendered frame by frame in a browser, so the fifth render matches the first exactly.

Stills from the same brand

Social images laid out from your colours and your logo, with the versions that read best ranked first.

What we don’t do

General video editing. There is no colour suite here and no multi-track edit of footage you send in. This is narrow on purpose: branded pieces about your business, made properly.

There is a narrower version inside the product

Studio OS can build 9:16 branded reels from your own photos, and every post is held for your approval before it goes anywhere. It is a paid add-on, off by default, and it is not the same thing as the custom work above. Ask about it on the call.

How it works

One call, then we get to work.

No proposal, no scoping document, no retainer. Thirty minutes on video, with the person who does the work.

  1. We talk

Thirty minutes, video, with me. You show me how the business runs today and I tell you which of these three is worth doing for you. Sometimes the answer is none of them.

  2. We agree the limit

Whatever we run, you set the ceiling before anything starts: the ad budget, the shape of the video. Nothing open-ended.

  3. We do it

You get the result, not a status report. And where the work is done by hand, we say so — we don’t call it automation.

What this isn’t

These services attach to a Poletis product: they exist to make the thing you bought produce work. No arbitrary software briefs, no hourly billing, no portfolio of client builds. If what you need isn’t one of these three, I’ll tell you on the call.

You’re not locked in

Everything we build runs on our infrastructure — hosting included. If you’d rather take the code and run it yourself, I hand it over. That is a separate conversation, and it costs more than having us run it for you.

Thirty minutes

Not sure which of these you need?

Most people aren’t. Take this thirty minutes and we’ll work out what’s worth doing for your business — if any of it is.
