What we’re building

What’s coming. And what isn’t.

Studio OS and Trade OS are built by one person, in the open. This page is the working list: what is in testing, what is next, and what we have only read about.

  1. In testing
  2. Next
  3. Exploring

There are no dates on this page. A date I can’t keep is worth less than none at all, and everything here depends on how this month’s calls go.

How this gets decided

Owners ask, or it doesn’t get built

There is no product committee. Three things move an item onto this list — and none of them is a competitor’s feature page.

  1. It came up on a call

Most of what ships started as one sentence from an owner on a 30-minute call. When two or three describe the same problem in their own words, it moves up the list.

  2. It stays narrow

We build the version that solves the one problem, not the version with a setting for every case. Narrow ships. Broad sits half-finished for a year.

  3. It works before it’s sold

Nothing is described as done until it runs for a real business. Until then it sits here, marked, where you can hold us to it.

The list

Where each thing actually stands

Three stages, one badge on every card. If it is on this page at all, you cannot use it yet.

In testing

Built and running — either in front of a small number of businesses, or finished and waiting on someone else’s approval before it can go live at all.

  1. Appointments, one person at a time

    In testing

Booking for businesses where the customer books a person, not a seat: barbershops, salons, anyone working one chair. Each person keeps their own hours; the customer picks who they want or takes whoever is free first.

    Status

Built and in testing. Reminders and the waiting list stay switched off until the booking side has run clean for a while.

  2. Posting to Facebook and Instagram

    In testing

Approve a post once and it goes to your Facebook page and your Instagram business account — you never open either app.

    Status

Built and waiting on Meta’s app review. That part is not ours, so we can’t tell you when it clears.

  3. Viber, next to WhatsApp and Telegram

    In testing

The booking messages and replies that already run on WhatsApp and Telegram, on Viber too — the app most people in Croatia keep open anyway.

    Status

Built, settings screen and all. Waiting on a Viber business account — they stopped letting anyone sign up directly, and our application has been with their sales team since May.

Exploring

Read about, thought about, not started. They are here so you know we see them coming — not so you can plan around them.

  1. A phone line that answers itself

    Exploring

The call you miss mid-haircut or under a sink: answered, the booking taken, the details waiting on your phone when you are free.

    Status

Not started. No code, no demo, nothing to show you. It is on this page because it keeps coming up on calls — not because it is close.

  2. Fiskalizacija 2.0

    Exploring

Croatia’s fiscalization rules changed on 1 January 2026 — three separate obligations, usually reported as one. We read the law properly and wrote up what we found.

    Status

Researched, not built. Poletis does not fiscalize receipts for you, and we won’t say otherwise until it is.

The fastest way onto this page is a 30-minute call. Most of what ships started as one sentence from an owner tired of doing something by hand.
