1. Scope
These terms govern use of the Studio OS website (getpoletis.com) and communications initiated through it. The site is operated by Poletis d.o.o. (Croatia).
2. Product Agreement
Plans, pricing, account access, and any paid Studio OS terms are finalized in a separate written agreement or accepted order. Use of the website does not by itself create a paid account.
3. Intellectual Property
Website content and branding are owned by Poletis d.o.o. and may not be reused without permission.
4. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms limits or waives any rights you have under applicable Canadian federal or provincial consumer-protection law. Where those laws conflict with these terms, those laws prevail.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, where Poletis d.o.o. is established, without limiting the mandatory consumer-protection rights described above.
