Every booking, message and payment still runs through you. That works — until the schedule fills.
Classes and bookings live across DMs, screenshots and a calendar only you can read.
End of month, you send the reminders and track who's paid.
No clean headcount until they walk in — or don't.
Every small change waits on someone else.
No real view of who's active, who's slipping, who's worth a nudge.
No easy way to stay close, so members quietly drift.
Booking, payments, attendance and your website share one database. Nothing copied between tools.
Build the weekly program once. Members book in a tap.

Members buy plans straight from your pricing page. Renewals, failed payments and cancellations all handle themselves after that.

Chasing class confirmations in DMs is dead time. In Studio OS you send one poll to your class WhatsApp group — replies reconcile with bookings and the roster fills in on its own.

Adding a class video shouldn’t mean exporting files and juggling a YouTube account. In Studio OS a coach uploads once — the rest happens on its own.
Skim the list. Open a row when you want the depth.
Connect your studio's own Stripe account and members buy plans directly from your pricing page. Stripe handles the checkout and the cards; renewals bill themselves, and members change or cancel their own subscription through the Stripe portal. Every payment lands in your dashboard's history.
Pick a template and everything after that is yours: sections, pricing, news, testimonials, the map. Change a price in the owner panel and the site updates on the spot — no redeploy, no developer.
Each member gets the right email at the right moment: a welcome when they join, a reminder the day before class, a warning before their membership expires, an answer to a personal-training request. You edit the wording per template; the platform does the sending. For promotions, a bulk composer reaches all members or a chosen group.
Members book from a weekly calendar in two taps. Coaches mark attendance from their phone. You see the whole studio from one dashboard. The same experience on phone, tablet and desktop.
Upload choreography, recorded classes and tutorials to a video library for your members. They stream from phone, tablet or TV — rewatching between classes is how a routine sticks. Coaches upload their own material.
Define class types with capacity and level, assign coaches, lay out the recurring week. The platform generates every instance six months ahead; change a time and every member view updates instantly.
Classes, coaches, members, plans, payments, email and the website — every setting the studio has.
Own classes, one-tap attendance, personal-training requests to accept or decline, their own choreography uploads.
Weekly calendar, two-tap booking, their plan and credits, personal-training requests, choreography to rewatch.
Fixed weekly slots, credit packs, walk-ins, member categories with their own discounts.
Several locations, one system — each with its own calendar and schedule.
New features ship regularly and appear in your panel automatically. Nothing to install.
There's an assistant living in the owner panel: it explains every setting in plain language and can fill in nine admin forms for you — class types, schedules, plans. It never saves anything on its own; you review, you press save. It's new, and it earns its keep one task at a time.
Memberships, packs, drop-ins, workshops and video — all sold from one place.
Recurring plans that bill automatically, month after month.
Single-class passes for members who come when they can.
Credits bought upfront and spent on classes over time.
Fixed-date programs and one-off special sessions.
A paid library that earns between visits.
Same engine, shaped to your brand and your classes.
Members find you, book, pay and stay — without extra back-and-forth.
They find your branded site and see exactly what you offer.
Any class booked in a few taps, on any device.
A quick poll in your class group confirms who's coming.
They pay through a link you send; renewals run on their own.
News, emails and video keep them close between visits.
Members who stay bring their friends.
From studios already running on Studio OS.
I'm building Studio OS hand in hand with the first studios on it. Your workflow shapes the product — and the one integration you really need gets built with you.

You know the one thing that would make your studio run smoother — a step you repeat every week, a connection that should just exist. Bring it. We shape it together, and if it's doable, I ship it into your setup. You're talking to the person who writes the code.
The short answers. For anything specific, get in touch.
Starter is a clean booking and scheduling site you set up yourself — pick a template and colors. Growth adds the full engine: payments, WhatsApp, member emails and the owner assistant. Premium is a website we build around your studio, with analytics, lead tracking and support from the person who built the platform.
Yes, through Stripe, from the Growth plan up. You send a member a payment link, they pay online, and from there the subscription runs itself: renewals, failed payments and cancellations all sync back to your dashboard. Starter is booking only.
On Growth and Premium you send an attendance poll straight to your class's WhatsApp group; replies reconcile with bookings automatically. Members answer in WhatsApp — no app to install. Not included on Starter.
On Starter and Growth you control the template, sections, pricing and content from the owner panel — no developer. On Premium the site is built around your design, so changes go through us.
Yes. Every plan includes one location; each extra location is a small monthly add-on with its own calendar and schedule.
Onboarding is a guided video call — webcam, screen-share, the lot — but it's more than flipping a switch: I set you up to be found. I bring your data over, build your site so Google and AI assistants like ChatGPT can actually read it (most booking widgets can't), and point your Google Business Profile the right way. There's a one-time setup fee on Starter and Growth, separate from the plan price (see the pricing page for your region); Premium onboarding is part of the project. Send your domain and details, and we set it all up together on the call.
